Introduction

There are three departments within the Sunday School: Beginners, Primary and Senior. Each endeavours to teach the pupils the word of God and to lead them to a personal commitment to Jesus Christ. The Sunday School is held at 10.15 each Sunday.

Throughout the year we encourage all children to learn scripture verses week by week and there's a prize at the end of the year for everyone who completes the scheme. You can view the whole list of verses here. The material used in classes is called Go Teach/Come Learn and you can visit their website here.

We take an active interest in the church's missionary activities and the children donate hundreds of pounds to various missionary causes each year. In 2006 we have concentrated on the 'Yes, Tak, Da' project run by the PCI and the Operation Christmas Child project run by Samaritan's Purse (see photos below).
